1. Who are Fiat's shareholders?

At the date of this Report, Fiat had a total of 1,092,247,485 ordinary shares outstanding and the following institutions held more than 2% of ordinary shares:

2. Where is the Company listed?

The Company's ordinary, preference and savings shares are listed in Milan, Paris and Frankfurt. In addition, the shares are traded over-the-counter in the United States through an ADR programme. The Fiat share is included in 44 European and global equity indices.

4. What does Sustainability mean for the Fiat Group?

Sustainability is integral to Fiat's daily approach to business, serving as the compass which guides integration of environmental and social aspects with those that are strictly business-related. Through the Sustainability Plan, the Group transparently communicates to Stakeholders its commitment to a development which is in harmony with people and the environment. The Plan, now in its second year, focuses on certain priority areas and is updated annually to report the status of existing projects and establish new targets to ensure continuous improvement.
