The “Careers@Fiatgroup” section of the Fiat Group website (www.fiatgroup.com) provides information on professional opportunities, selection processes, training programs, etc. and can also be used to submit an application. If your CV is of interest to the Group, we will contact you to proceed to the next step.
2. What types of degree is Fiat Group looking for?
Primarily degrees in engineering, economics and other technical and scientific disciplines. Degrees in other disciplines could also be of interest based on the specific needs of various Group companies.
3. Where can I send my CV?
You can submit your CV through the “Careers@Fiatgroup” section under "Join us".
Once you have signed up, you will receive a confirmation email with a personal password that can be used to change or update the information you have entered in our database. If your profile is of interest to the Group, we will contact you to proceed to the next step.
4. How does the selection process work?
CVs are assessed on the basis of various criteria, such as degree type, grade, length of study, skills acquired, willingness to relocate nationally and internationally. When an individual possessing the qualifications sought by Group companies has been identified, a selection process is initiated, which is conducted by our assessment centers (for new graduates) or through one-on-one interviews. Candidates who pass the various steps in the selection process are then introduced to the head of the relevant area for final selection.

Fiat Group offers and organizes various internships in Italy and abroad. Internship opportunities are primarily aimed at graduates in engineering, economics and other technical and scientific disciplines.
