The steps in the selection process are as follows. The first interview, which offers the opportunity to get to know one another and provide orientation, is followed - in the event of a positive evaluation - by a second interview with the head of the related area. Once technical expertise and the candidates motivation are deemed appropriate, the selection process continues to include additional, more in-depth encounters determined by senior officials and based on the position of interest.
