The selection process
We work to select people of great value, assess their skills, discover their talent, and create opportunities so that they can fully express their potential. We attach great importance to intellectual qualities and talents, and managerial and interpersonal skills, as well as the values that guide and inspire us. As part of the selection process, we will evaluate the professional opportunities that best reflect your capabilities and aspirations.
The steps in the selection process take place based on the candidate’s level of seniority. For young graduates/final-year college students and high-school graduates, a one-day session at the assessment center is followed by one or more interviews to examine the candidates’ technical skills. In the case of experienced candidates, the first step in the selection process is a preliminary interview to get to know the individual. If the assessment is positive, the candidate will then have one or more follow-up meetings with the head of the specific area for which he or she is being considered. When the suitability of the individual’s technical expertise and motivation have been ascertained, the selection process can then continue with other in-depth meetings based on the candidate’s seniority and the contents of the specific position.
