DOWNLOAD TABLE - NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES BY SECTOR 2004 - 2009

(*) Fiscal 2004 figures are different from those previously published due to the impact of changes in the scope of consolidation resulting from the adoption, from January 1, 2005, of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
(1) Since January 1, 2006 Fiat Powertrain Technologies (FPT) perimeter comprises the passenger vehicles engine and transmission activities - over which Fiat regained control and started to consolidate in May 2005 following termination of the Master Agreement with General Motors - as well as the industrial powertrain activities that were included in the Iveco perimeter until December 31, 2005. The relevant 2005 and 2004 figures have been reclassified accordingly.
(2) From 1 January 2007, the activities previously forming the Services Sector were transferred to Fiat Services S.p.A, which is included under Other Businesses.
(3) As part of the adoption of IFRS 8 – Operating Segments, the businesses of the Publishing and Communications Sectors were transferred  to Other Businesses, due to their small relative weighting within the Group.
