prepares and publishes numerous reports on the financial
and operating performance of the Group. These documents are:
• the Statutory Financial Statements of Fiat S.p.A.
and the Consolidated Financial Statements of the
Fiat Group, accompanied by a Report on Operations
• Quarterly Reports
• First-Half Report on operations in the first half of the year
• Form 20-F prepared according to U.S. regulations for the period in which Fiat shares were registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission and traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
