Mandatory Convertible Facility
The Mandatory Convertible Facility was secured on September 24, 2002 from a syndicate of Banks. The facility was stipulated in execution of the Framework Agreement, dated May 27, 2002, with the Money Lending Banks for the purpose of providing the Fiat Group with the financial support it needs to implement its strategic and industrial plans. Included hereto is the Stockholders’ Meeting Report, dated September 12, 2002.
