Code of Conduct
The Suppliers System plays a fundamental role in ensuring the competitiveness of the Fiat Group and achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
Fiat Group Purchasing selects suppliers based on what they offer in terms of quality, innovation, costs and services, but also taking into consideration their respect for the Fiat Group’s key values. It invites its employees to establish and maintain “stable, transparent and cooperative relations” with suppliers (from the Fiat Group Code of Conduct, section on “External Relations”).
